The Faculty Council of Agriculture – Saba Basha in Alexandria University has recently discusses the university decree no. 172/2016 to suspend the work with the unsecured old certificates of graduate studies and to cancel all stamps on the certificates. The decree also unified the cost of secured certificates of graduate studies.
